"Would you look at that!" a light voice trilled in his ear. Following the insisting finger that was pointing at Viggo in deep conversation with some pert redhead, Sean had to smile.
"What's the commotion about, Bill," he teased, raising an eyebrow at the younger man. "You jealous?"
Billy made a face at him. "Certainly not! I have my Dommie here, haven't I?" He put his arms around Dom who was seated next to him and hugged him thoroughly. On Sean's other side Elijah was squeezed in between Liv and the wall, doing his very best to look everywhere else than down the generous cut neckline of her dress. He succeeded, mostly.
Billy and Sean had found each other right away, one being Scottish and the other British, and both being initially shy. Warming up fairly easily to the rest of the cast and the production, they used the first impression of being calm, gentle and shy to cause havoc. Now Billy was unusually quiet, still holding on to Dominick who was happily succumbing to said Scot's bad influence.
"I think," Billy stated.
"Yes?" Dominick nudged him. "Go on."
"I think we need to play a prank on Viggo."
Ian McKellen who was sitting on the end of the table sent Billy a look. Taking a drink from his glass, he leaned forward. "And what would you have in mind for a prank, William?"
Having the undivided attention of the whole table, Billy smiled innocently. "Nothing much... Let's say one of us goes over there, give our dear skirt chaser a nice, big kiss on the lips and tell the lass that she's going after a taken man."
Liv was giggling. "I'll do it!" she volunteered.
Billy shook his head. "Oh no, best part is...the one that gets to go over there has to be a guy." Looking around, his gaze finally landed on Sean. "And it's going to be our Sean."
"Me?" Sean stared back. "Not at all."
Billy was unnerved. "Sure you are. See, it has to be you. Real manly type, big and buff."
"Well thank you," Lij replied. "So the rest of us are a bunch of girls?" Liv punched him in the arm, making him follow up with: "Not that it's anything wrong with being girls..."
Dominick agreed with Billy, Ian declared himself neutral, and Liv seconded Billy's idea. Lij's vote was final, making Sean give in. To applause from the five others he got up from their table, walking over to where Viggo and the woman were seated.
The red-haired woman spotted him first, making Viggo turn around too.
"Hi, Sean," he greeted the younger man. "What's up?"
Smiling back, Sean draped himself over the back of a chair.
"Can't I leave you alone for a second, dear?" Viggo's gaze narrowed, realising what the other was up to. But before he could do or say anything, Sean leaned in, pressing a playful kiss to his lips. Sitting back, he looked at the woman.
"I'm sorry, honey. I should be keeping him on a leash, don't you think? He's not going anywhere with you, this one belongs to me."
Huge, blue eyes were staring at him as the woman pushed her chair away from the table. "You mean he's...? You both are...and you're together?"
Sean nodded, sending her a sweet smile, snaking his arm around a very quiet Viggo's shoulders. "Afraid so."
Sending Viggo a look, she shook her head. She mumbled something sounding like: "Just my luck", and then strode off. When she was out of hearing range, Sean could easily hear his audience double up in laughter.
He watched Viggo with an apologizing look. "They made me do it. Don't be mad?"
There was a slight pause before the darker man replied. "I'm not mad..." Standing up, he pulled Sean up as well. "But I do wish to have a word with you...dear."
Viggo had a look on his face that Sean couldn't quite make out. Hoping that the older man wasn't angry with him after all, he let himself be dragged around the corner, to the hallway leading to the restrooms. Before he knew what was happening, Viggo had taken hold of him and slammed him back first into the wall.
Trapping Sean against the wall and his body, Viggo grinned widely. "Well aren't you quite the clever one..."
The look on Sean's face was one of utter bewilderment. "What? Come on, I didn't do anything..."
"You scared her away," Viggo interrupted, stopping Sean's attempt to move away. Leaning closer, his mouth was one inch from the blonde's ear. "It's only fair that I get something back."
Green eyes stared at him with a wary look. "And this something would be?" he inquired.
"This," Viggo murmured, pressing his lips to Sean's in a heated, aggressive kiss. Keeping the smaller man up against the wall, he was pleased to hear the small whimper. Catching the younger man's lower lip between his teeth, Viggo let his hand slip down to a slender, yet muscular thigh. Running his palm over the back of Sean's thigh, he nudged the younger man's knees apart, grinding himself roughly against the other. Swallowing Sean's protests in another kiss, Viggo let his hand slide further up, keeping the lower halves of their bodies tightly locked together.
He released Sean's mouth, and smiled lazily. "This isn't the right place for this, my precious." Lifting a hand to touch warm, bruised lips, he continued. "Ten minutes. My place. Be there." The smile disappeared. "Don't think I won't find you if you don't show up." Kissing Sean one last time, he walked away.
Five minutes later, Billy came around the corner to the rest rooms. Spotting Sean, he stopped, feeling a little uneasy seeing the taller man's face.
"Sean?" he asked, going closer. "What are you... Jesus, what happened to your lip?"
"My lip?" Sean spoke nearly as if in a trance. Touching his lower lip his fingers came away bloodied. Watching them, light and curved eyebrows knitted together. "Oh bloody hell..." After grabbing Billy's wrist to check his watch for the time, he hurried towards the exit.
"Where are you going?" Billy called after him, accent thickening as always when he was feeling unsure of a situation.
"I have to be somewhere in a few minutes!" Sean called back. Turning around, pulling on his coat, he tried a smile. "Don't worry, Billy. I'll be back in a little while."
Making for the exit, eager to slip out into the cool night, he quietly added: "At least I hope so."
His steps became slower and slower as he neared the house. Sean made it to the stairs before he stopped completely. Rubbing a hand that was slightly shaking over his face, he made himself take a step forward.
"This is ridiculous," he thought. "Just go up there, tell him to fuck off, and leave. Easy as that." Sean hurried up the stairs, before he could change his mind again.
The house was dark, only light coming in through the windows.
"You're late," a voice commented, startling him.
"The hell I am." Sean hadn't meant to say it, but it came out anyway. "Not that it matters," he feebly continued.
He was rewarded by a small chuckle. "Then why are you here?" Viggo got to his feet, slinking towards Sean as a prowling cat, making the other take a step back.
"Do I scare you now?" Viggo softly asked, following him. In the lack of light his eyes seemed unnaturally dark. "Or did you like what I did to you back at the bar?" The smile was smug enough to set Sean's temper flaring.
"You forced yourself on me."
"Did I? I don't recall you putting up that much of a fight. What do I know, maybe you like it rough."
"I think you have a little too much faith in yourself. I don't want you." Sean's voice was tight from anger. "What the fuck has gotten into you, Viggo? If it's about what I did back at the bar, then I'm sorry. Now you can stop whatever game you're playing."
"Game?" Viggo sounded like he was amused by all of it. "My naive, little friend... Do you really think this is about the woman? I could go back to the bar right this instant and pick up another one. But... I have my taste set on something else now, I'm afraid."
"Well, you're going to have to keep looking," Sean told him, not liking where the conversation was headed. "I'm going back." He turned to leave, but before he could take as much as a single step, Viggo took hold of his arm.
"Did I say you could leave?" The voice wasn't angry, both Viggo's face and voice was neutral, not showing more than mild interest.
"You don't bloody tell me what to do!" Sean hissed, pulling his arm away from Viggo's grip, pushing the older man out of his way.
A couple of seconds later he found himself sprawled on the floor, eyes wide and the left side of his face still stinging from the force of the blow.
"Why do you insist on making this so hard on yourself?" Viggo asked, actually looking sad, crouching next to Sean. The younger man was too stunned to say anything.
"You are not leaving. And I do suggest you calm down some." Reaching out he took hold of the younger man's chin, forcing Sean to look at him.
"Listen to me very carefully. I can make your time here hell." Viggo cocked his head to the side, looking thoughtful. "Ok, maybe that was a bit pretentious. But very, very uncomfortable, at least."
A small smile played over Viggo's face. "Not only for you, but for your little friends as well. Oh yes, I know who it was that set you up to do what you did tonight." Viggo's voice was light, indifferent.
"Would be so unfortunate if something should happen to them... I mean. They could so easily come out for a sort of accident, Billy being so small and Dominick so young..."
"Enough!" Sean bit him off, unable to listen anymore. "Christ, Viggo... This is between you and me, alright? Leave the others out of it." Wildly searching Viggo's face for a sign that the older man was joking, playing a cruel trick on him in revenge, Sean found none. Pushing himself up to his knees, he stared at Viggo.
"What do you want? Me? Ok. Just leave Dom and Billy alone."
Viggo patted him on the head. "Good boy. Now, what I want is you." He slid his fingers through short, blonde locks. "In my bed."
"One night," Sean said lowly, keeping his gaze locked with Viggo's. "That's all. You got one night."
Moving to let Sean up, Viggo nodded. "Alright. Whatever you say." He stood up, making no attempt to go any closer.
"So," Sean repeated, trying to make sense of the whole situation. "Just tonight? One night, that's it? You'll back off?"
There was a pause before Viggo replied, sounding like he was bored. "Sure."
Thinking it through once again, Sean bit his lip, getting a sore reminder of the small cut.
"Ok," he replied, turning to face Viggo who was suddenly very close. Looking up into the older man's eyes, the colour alarmingly close to his own, and feeling just a bit scared, Sean persisted: "Tomorrow morning things are back to normal, right?"
"If you say so," Viggo smiled. "So... Now that we're done talking," he curled a finger under Sean's chin. "Strip."
"What?!" Sean was all but spitting fire. "No!"
Viggo had sat down in the recliner again, studying him. "You are such a little prude," he teased. "Come on, it's easy. First take off your coat, then your shirt. I want to see you."
When Sean didn't move, Viggo made a deep sigh. "What is it now then? It's not like you haven't done it before. You're an actor, for God's sake..." He placed the tips of his fingers together and smiled before finishing the sentence. "Shawn."
The name made Sean look up. "What did you call me?"
Viggo got back up, walking in a slow circle around the younger man. "Your real name, sweetheart. Why did you change it? I like Shawn. Has an easy sound to it."
"How did you..."
"How I found out?" Viggo's grin grew. "Oh I looked it up on the net." He shrugged. "What was I supposed to do with myself, waiting for you?"
"You were awfully sure I was going to show up," Sean murmured as Viggo kept moving.
"Of course you were going to show up. As much as you try to deny it, deep down you enjoyed what I did to you." Viggo had stopped, standing right behind Sean. "You are so pretty, you know that?" he mused. "All sweet and blonde...I like blondes."
Nimble hands crept over Sean's shoulders, sliding the leather coat off his body. Reaching around Viggo found the buttons of the light blue shirt and gently undid the first one. Continuing downwards, he pressed his cheek to Sean's. "See...it's easy." Pulling the shirt down Sean's shoulder and arms, he let it join the jacket on the floor. "There. I began for you. Now you do the rest."
"Yeah." Sean gingerly touched the side of his face where Viggo had slapped him earlier. "Whatever it takes to get this over and done with."
Opening the belt buckle, he reminded himself that it didn't mean anything. As soon as it was over he could and would forget about it, never think of it again. Holding on to that thought, Sean kicked off his boots and socks, then slipped out of his jeans.
"Nice," a voice purred in his ear. "Leave the boxers. I want to take them off myself." Heavy hands landed on Sean's bare shoulders, steering him towards the bedroom. "Lie down on the bed."
His mouth a thin, white line by now, Sean walked to the king-sized bed, the sheets and covers rumpled. The bedroom was sparcely lit, and to his unexpected relief, comfortably warm. Climbing into the bed, Sean closed his eyes, carefully lying back. The only sound in the room was his own trembling breaths.
"My very own angel..." Viggo's voice floated through the room. "Beautiful. So innocent and fragile...and such fire just underneath." Clever fingers were dragged down Sean's chest, nails scraping lightly against his skin. "You were meant to be broken."
Viggo could feel the younger man fighting to keep still. Smiling victoriously, he pulled the T-shirt over his head, dropping it to the floor along with his pants and sandals. Allowing himself a last look, he moved into the bed, lying down next to Sean. Leaning in over him, he placed a kiss on the blonde's mouth. After a second Viggo sat up again.
"I see we need to lay out some ground rules, my sweet. One, you will kiss me back. Two, you do not, not even try, to move away from me. And three... You need to relax. If you are going to stay this tense, this will hurt a lot more than it has to." Leaning back in, he kissed Sean again, satisfied to feel the other's lips obediently parting for him. "Much better," the dark-haired man murmured against Sean's mouth. "I know you had it in you."
Green eyes fluttered open. "You are doing this just to humiliate me, aren't you?"
The question surprised Viggo a little, and then he chuckled deeply. "Yes," he admitted. "A little bit, at least... But I have wanted to do this to you for a long time, my dearest. Tonight just provided a good opportunity."
Moving to place his mouth just below Sean's ear, Viggo added: "You know, what first captivated me so about you, is how innocent you can look. It intrigued me. I had to find out just how innocent you are."
"And what did you find out?" Sean was still not moving.
"I'm working on it," Viggo's reply came. "Tell me, Shawn..." His voice dropped a few notches. "Have you ever let someone take you before?" Gently biting down on Sean's shoulder, Viggo let his tongue swipe over the faint, red mark.
The answer was whispered, almost inaudible.
"No."
A nearly predatory smile spread over Viggo's face in the dark.
"Good."
