Usual Services and Events

First Sunday of each month
8.00am:	Communion (said).
10.30am:	Morning Worship (Communion on alternate months**) (with J-T's)
evening:	Courses or Services as arranged. **

Other Sundays of each month
9.30am:	Communion (sung). Morning Prayer on the third Sunday of the month.
11.15am:	All-Age Service. Communion on the second Sunday of the month. (with J-T's*)
evening:	Courses or Services as arranged. **

The pattern of service times may change during holidays and festivals, so please check with our diary for any variations to the above. * J-T's ("Jesus Tweenies") is our group for the under-5's, running during school terms (not half-terms and holidays). Children stay in the main service for about 1/4 hour for the first few songs and prayers, and the group begins after the Peace. It runs in the narthex - the glassed-in room at the back of the building. It includes songs, story, prayer and activity, and is aimed to finish around the same time as the main service finishes. Please will one parent accompany the children until the group is well-established, as it is a hands-on experience and will need lots of involvement if it is to work properly. We regret that because of low numbers of both children and staff, we are unable to run our previous "Sunday Club" at present. Under Canon B14A the bishop of Bradford has authorized the joint request of the minister and PCC that a service of Evening Prayer need not be held every Sunday. * Communion on odd months of odd years and even months of even years, and always on Easter Sunday.


Midweek Services and Events:
Housegroups usually meet in the weeks following the first and third Sundays, with a gap during Lent for a Lent Course, and a break in August.

Mondays
9.15am:	Bible Study (school terms).
7.30pm:	Mothers Union (1st Monday of the month). Programme.

Tuesdays
10.30am:	Day Centre in the Narthex. Description.

Wednesdays
9.00am:	School Service (School Terms only).
10.00am:	Communion (said) (last Wednesday of the month).
1.30pm:	Squeals on Wheels (mothers and toddlers).

Thursdays
10.00am:	Space for God prayer meeting at Eccleshill Methodist Church (Norman Lane) for half-an-hour.
2.00pm:	Church Service at Eccleshill Community Hospital (on the 1st Thursday of month).
2.00pm:	Church Service at Ashcroft Nursing Home (on the Thursday after the 2nd Sunday of the month. Communion quarterly).
2.00pm:	Church Service at The Poplars Residential Home (on the Thursday after the 3rd Sunday of the month. Communion quarterly).
6.00pm:	Brownies in the Basement Rooms (school terms).
7.30pm:	Scouts in the Scout Hut (near Library) (school terms).
7.30pm:	Choir Practice.

Saturdays
10.00am:	Coffee Morning (1st Saturday of the month).
