Work on the roof
New joists viewed from above, looking towards the school car-park across the small roof. The curved stone surface is the edge of one of the "battlements".) The joists are thinner at this end as the roof falls, and are shaped so as to allow a gully for drainage along the south edge of the roof. The waterproof membranes can be seen at this end too, resting on the stone below. Next picture
