"Moose"
encompasses many different phases in construction. First the
thrown body of the vessel. Then the head was sculpted and
glazed with a variety of brown shades to achieve a textural
effect. The antlers seem to have the essence of a persons
hands extended outward. (Sold - Private

"Eagle's Pride" is a
thrown form with the head and feathers sculpted from clay.
This work of art demonstrates the eagle's strength,
symbolized through the positioning of the head to one side.
The adornment of feathers helps to lead the viewers eye
through the form.

encompasses many different phases in construction. First the
thrown body of the vessel. Then the head was sculpted and
hand painted with watercolor underglazes. Then the form
itself contains a textural glaze and colored underglazes for
the patterned effect along the edge. Once the form was
fired, the final touch of feathers was attached to the body.
