alright, it was close but we almost had this week's show up on time. here it is. tried to do something a little different this time around, but i'll just leave it at that. also, if you haven't had a chance yet, check out my design site at morderdesign.vze.com, or at least stop into our dead board and say something so we know you were here.

so i was late putting up the radio show this week, too. whatever. you're here now, so check it out.
this week's show also features our latest contributor, brad lahead (of got to get got fame), who came in to play some experimental pop and overlooked rock.

 this week's show is up--BAM.

so, this week's p.w.m. radio show went up a bit late. it's right here.

a few updates, kind of: first, collaborative releases. keep your eye out, we'll likely be combining efforts with a few new underground labels soon. second, torrents. there are now several p.w.m. releases available as torrents (including both ODcollective compilations, which aren't downloadable on this site) right here. big thanks and ups to the land of the dave for the support.
and third, this week's radio show is now online. check it out here.

another wednesday, another episode of p.w.m. radio. this week's is also our first themed show; the theme? nothing but underground cover songs. featuring bad brains as played by kimya dawson, iggy pop as played by crazy russians, a severely blackened bob dylan song, beethoven, and even a couple of accordion songs.

it's that time of the week again, folx: click here to check out this week's p.w.m. radio show, and stay tuned for next week: the all-underground-covers show.

the way it goes nowadays, with another week, another episode of p.w.m. radio; and, now on the discog. page, you can also download fievel's "keep going" ep.

after a bit of feed-back, a bit of brain-storming, and a lot of "free time," welcome to p.w.m. 2.3. along with the re-designed layout, i've been able to clean up a lot of the old coding, too, which basically means loading in general should run much quicker across the site. until everything's 100% smoothed out, though (which never really seems to happen), there will still be minor tweaks made here and there, but we shouldn't have to have the whole site down again for quite a while, anyway. the radio section has also been updated, with a direct stream of the latest show right on the page, and links to streams of every show in the archive. watch it grow.

p.w.m. radio is back on the net-waves today: click here to stream this week's show.

so, a few small updates quickly turned into a minor over-haul there last night, but i think it was worth it. there's some basic f.a.q. on the contact page now, too, so if you're experiencing any problems with the site or the p.w.m. radio stream, see if there's something there you haven't tried, or just let me know if you can't seem to fix the problem on your own.

just a couple of quick updates here: the links page has been double-checked for broken links and dead sites, and has been cleaned of such, and now you can download the full first breath of defiance compilation, free of charge! we're progessively uploading each p.w.m. release for free direct download, but, truth be told, we're already squeezing a lot out of a variety of crappy free accounts from several hosting sites to do this, so if you think you can help with server space in any way at all, it would probably speed things up (especially for anyone who downloads/wants to download anything off of here), and it'd obviously be greatly appreciated. as always, contact us if you've got any questions. keep it underground.

so yeah, been burning and spray-painting cds of past p.w.m. releases, getting dizzy on fumes while re-stocking p.w.m. west with the nirvana tribute and canada + russia compilations... also, any other past releases can be easily made by request--still a bunch of blank cds in stock. been working on up-coming shows for p.w.m. radio, too, so look for a lot of surprises in the coming weeks, as we round up more material...

well, with the site done, we began to wonder what else we could put it to use for; the answer? p.w.m. radio, which you can check out 100% free, right now, right here. new shows will be streamed every week (or so), with more hosts to come, and always more underground music.

the discog. page is now complete, with all the info. you need to order, and even some albums up for free downloading. nice.

(posted jan.07/09 by mr.morder)
six ways is finally complete and available through us as a d.i.y. cd-r, or through deadknife records as a net-release package! check out the discog. section of the site for more info.

the message board is now up and running--try it out!

ummmm.... six ways: a six-way split featuring the hypodermic eye, deadskin, and selbst-morder from canada + schlam, w.grinders, and august 6, 1945 from russia--23 tracks/72 minutes of various styles of underground d.i.y. music--to be expected from p.w.m. west later this coming fall. also, the distro and discog. pages are still getting worked on, so they'll keep changing until we've got them sorted out.

(posted sept. 04/08 by alex)
well, here it is: the first full website for pickled whale meat. and, despite this being one of our bigger steps, as you can tell by design, it's back to the basics. the discog. and distro catalogue pages are still getting some fine tuning, but should be done and up soon, and then we'll have three new releases (fuckin-a right, not one, but three): from chaka, cannibal corporation, and someone else. stay tuned for further updates.
